Human Resources Generalist, Interim Role

Location: Plano, TX  (hybrid, and dfw travel 10%)
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Great opportunity for an entry level human resources professional to learn all aspects of human resources for a growing private healthcare company. This role will deliver efficient talent acquisition support to clinical operations. This role owns end‑to‑end hiring for hourly and corporate roles with a small requisition load averaging around 12 requisitions.

In addition, this role will help support aspects in human resources operations for clinic locations. Areas of support include employee relations, performance and talent mangement, reward and recognition, open enrollment, LOA support,  training, and support AI enablement where needed. Position reports to Sr Director of HR and Talent Aquisition. Great opportunity to be apart of the growing healthcare industry.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in human resources or equivelent.

Minimum of two years HR generalist experience incuding recruiting support.

Ability to attend meetings in Plano office 1-2 times per week.

Required to visit clinic locations 10% of time in the local dfw area.

Proficient in HRIS systems, minmum one year recent experience.
