Partners and Salespersons

Our business is over 20 years old, but evolved from starting out selling books and scientific newsletters to a much larger business selling subscription services to midsized businesses. We love all of the persons who work for us. Our business was designed intentionally to provide high incomes for our Partners and Sellers. Our Partners are also the CEOs of our Divisions, which are all smaller versions of our umbrella Company MTLBOOK.COM. The main job of Partners is in fact a recruiting, hiring, and managing job. The titles of our Sellers are Authorized Provider, Subscription Services. We do not operate like a big business. We actually operate like small family businesses which is how we started out. The umbrella company basically takes care of most of the paperwork for the Divisions so they can spend most of their time making their businesses successful.

All of the Partners find and hire their own Sellers. That’s the biggest part of their job. The second most important part of their job is simply managing their Sellers and keeping them happy and motivated. What is most unique about the Sellers is they almost all live in or near large metropolitan areas all over the country. The reason for that is the Sellers must do their selling in person face to face, and most of our clients are located in large metropolitan areas all over the country. Our most successful Sellers make over $300,000 a year, and our most successful Partners can make seven figure incomes. None of the jobs are easy. We have no staff. If you are looking for an easy job look somewhere else.

WHAT WE DO SELL What we do sell is a subscription service that is much better than advertising. It is a remarkable service to businesses that increases their sales more than advertising alone ever could, because the new business it brings in can’t be gotten any other way than with our service. If there was another way to get the added sales our service brings in, some businesses would already be doing it, and no business without our service is. The added sales produced by our service may double the sales our Clients receive from many of their customers. The last big advantage MTLBOOK.COM has is that the size of the market we serve is one of the largest markets (in sales dollars) in the country.
