Our name is misleading since our main Product isn’t books, and also because we only sell our main product to large companies and only in person face to face. However, this recruitment is not for salespersons. It is for Partners who will work with the President of our Company. Our company is unique in that there are only 2 main categories of personnel in our company, Partners and Salespersons. In this Ad we are only recruiting Partners. Partners are the highest paid positions in our company. All Salespersons are recruited and hired by the Partners that they will work directly for. A Partners job is in fact a recruiting, hiring, and managing job, but only for their own Salespersons. Although the persons who are recruited by Partners are Salespersons who will live and work all over the country, a Partner’s job can usually all be done from home with a telephone, so it makes no difference at all where our Partners live. It doesn’t matter where in the United States it is, or whether they live near a big city or way out in the country. Thus, most Partners don’t live near the home office nor do they live near their Salespersons since each Partner’s Salespersons live all over the country. But unlike Partners, Salespersons usually live in or near large metropolitan areas, because that’s where most of our customers are, but necessarily in or near different large metropolitan areas than any other Salespersons working for the same Partner so no two of them are likely to be selling to the same customers. However, regardless of where they live, every Salesperson continues to work for and report to the Partner who hires them.

WHAT WE DO SELL What we do sell is a subscription service that is much better than advertising. It is a remarkable service to businesses that increases their sales more than advertising alone ever could, because the new business it brings in can’t be gotten any other way than with our service. If there was another way to get the added sales our service brings in, some businesses would already be doing it, and no business without our service is. The added sales produced by our service may double the sales our Clients receive from many of their customers. The last big advantage MTLBOOK.COM has is that the size of the market we serve is one of the largest, if not the single largest retail market (in sales dollars) in the country.
