Job Title: Junior Recruiter

Location: Plano, TX (Mostly Onsite)

We are looking for a motivated and tenacious Junior Recruiter to join our fast-growing company in Plano, TX. This position will primarily be onsite and involves recruiting for a variety of roles across Engineering, IT, Finance, and other key functions for our expanding team. As a Junior Recruiter, you'll work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and help manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is smart, resourceful, and possesses the grit to thrive in a high-energy, rapidly changing environment. A degree is required, and while previous recruiting experience is a plus, we're also open to candidates who have a strong interest in HR and recruiting with a keen willingness to learn.
